BRUNEI - RM30.00 delivery fee per order.

• The estimated delivery period is within 3 to 5 working days.
• Pre Order items will require an additional 20 working days for processing before they can be shipped out.
• Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation, and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival, which may be disrupted due to delivery issues by the courier company or customs.
• Customs and import duties may apply for delivery to Brunei, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cost incurred, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for current charges to be certain of the amount.

• The daily delivery order cut-off time is 12pm (GMT+8), from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). This does not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization.

We require a signature upon delivery of our products. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself to receive the product (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
